She stands among the more than fifty women in the world who will be at the helm of their respective districts in 2009-10. She is young, beautiful and is aptly described as level-headed and circumspect, while being caring and generous. She is independent-minded, equal to challenges in every responsibility she faces. She keeps her ears to the ground, carefully chooses what she wants, and is not to be diverted from it thoughtlessly.

The duty of serving this very responsive and vibrant club of MSFDM is awesome. I am indeed fortunate that I have predecessors who had shown good quality leadership as manifested by the club’s present strength and status. I thank first and foremost the late CP Johnny Dela Cruz who planted the Metro SFDM seed, and all other Past Presidents who nurtured and cared that same seed through the last 23 years. My appreciation also to all Members of the Rotary Club of Metro SFDM past and present, who in one way or another helped in bringing good harvest for our Club through the years.

One of the highlights of the RC Metro SFDM Induction last July 17, 2009 was the presentation and Induction of new members of the newly revived Rotaract Club of Metro SFDM. The following were inducted as new members: Rysa Richelle T. Rigos, Jensine Katrice T. Rigos, Pristine Grace T. Rigos, Karla Marie Y. Rivera, Arvin Roy R. Reyes and Allison Parel.  They will form the core of the club which will be community based.
