Greetings to Everyone!!!

As we embark on our Metro SFDM Service In Action for Humanity or Operations “ MESSIAH”,  we have a bit of delay for the implementation of our “De-worming” & Ligaya Tao, Ligaya Aso Projects since we are  still awaiting for the  schedule that Barangay Nayong Kanluran can  accommodate  us and for them also to join us in this endeavor. Tentative Schedule is Aug 29/30, ‘09

Greetings to All!!!

A great month has passed in our Rotary Year; July highlighted our preparations, Governor’s visit and Induction.  This event was missed by our Past President Romy V. & Ben R and Rtn Lina V. All other members together with our new members were in attendance and enjoyed the night despite of the inclement weather. We also participated in the TRF & Club Administration Seminars. The past month was capped by our successful co-hosting of an Inter-City Meeting held on July 30, 2009 at Club Filipino where no other than the Chief Justice Reynato Puno was the guest speaker. Yours truly acted as the Floor Director during the said affair.

We have decided last meeting that we will set up a Web Site. A good friend will design our web site and charge us only PhP 5,000.00 for the set up and purchase of the web address and the maintenance will be offset with his Membership dues as a new member. About 2 weeks from now, we will be having a very interactive website.  I now encourage everyone to prepare your own piece of Rotary article or any write up with Motivational or Positive Impact to be contributed to our Launching of the Web Site.   It is just very timely since the District Web site is also undergoing  overhauling.  So Guys, you have about 2 weeks to prepare your own article.

Congratulations!!! RC Metro SFDM, we really made it happen for our Governor’s Visit & Induction despite of the inclement weather. We stood together and showed our strength to the District Team, my Classmates, and our Guests.  My sincere thanks to everyone because you are all committed to serve in Rotary.
